Miami's New Studio

Hey Ian just saw your new studio in Miami and I was wondering about your acoustic treatment.
The black rectangles/squares you get in there.
What was your approach installing them, like where to put them?
On the video you have 9:54 it shows really well the acoustic treatment, even on the ceilling, what about those smal light brown squares on top of the black acoustic foam, what are those?
What's the video software did you use to edit your new song?
What's your approach to harmonize a vocal melody? I know you start with the drums/bass but I meant the chords , the notes you are going to use.
